We often experience stress and anxiety while at work or home or at any point of time within a single day. There is a common notion that stress occurs only in response to a negative stimuli. Stress related disorders pave way for anxiety attacks and depression. When anxiety strikes, you will suffer from a number of health conditions such as panic, restlessness and mental fatigue. Anxiety may be combined with the emotions of terrible fear that lead to frequent palpitation, giddiness, suffocation and sweating. It is hard to discriminate stress from a number of diseases you encounter in your life. It seems that if you control stress you can rid of many diseases. Stress promotes the incurrence of many diseases arising from immunity deficiency and certain type of cancers, herpes virus infection, Rheumatoid Arthritis and so on.

Recent studies reveal that stress can attribute to multiple sclerosis, insomnia and common brain diseases due to its effect on brain and nervous system. When body is under stress, the brain stimulates the adrenaline glands, forcing it to produce adrenaline and cortisol. The hormones are known for making heart beats faster and the resultant rise in blood pressure leading to severe complications.

Stress may make you breathe faster and thus contribute to rapid breathing which in turn causes panic attacks in many people. Instances of panic attack can make sufferer anxious and resembles heart attacks and nervous breakdown. During the peak hours of panic attack, you may suffer from palpitation, shaking, chest pain, choking sensation in the chest, discomfort and shortness of breath.

Stress disorders if treated early can be prevented easily. Knowing the reasons for stress help you keep tabs on stress and prevent such instances.
